Mejico has created almost-ready to eat meal boxes so you can enjoy your favourite restaurant meals at home. Available for collection, choose one or more boxes and why not add on some ready-made margaritas, some extra tacos or even your favourite wine to enjoy with them. For larger orders, discuss with our team our delivery options.
Menus change every fortnight so you will never get bored eating the same thing every week. Boxes serve 2 people comfortably (3 courses) and are delivered ready to simply heat and serve. Some very minimal cooking may be required but full instructions are provided.
Our meals are designed to be consumed within 48 hours of collection to ensure freshness. Whilst every effort has been made to avoid the allergens not listed in the ingredients, they are present in our kitchens and therefore may be present in the order. Please bear this is mind when making your order. We aim to be able to cater for most food intolerances, so please let us know when you order.

Ian has been involved as a Director with the group since Mejico opened in Sydney in 2013, providing guidance and advice, in particular with the group’s expansion into his home town of Melbourne in 2020
A hospo-veteran, Karen moved from London 15 years ago. With a career working for Antonio Carluccio and Jamie Oliver, among others, she took over the helm at the Sam Prince Hospitality Group 5 years ago. She is now firmly settled in Australia, with no intention of returning to the UK and her two loves of food and live music, are easily satisfied across Melbourne and Sydney.
Always inspired by travel, Amanda has worked in kitchens in Uluru and Tasmania before heading abroad to London for 10 years. Working alongside the Great British Menu judge Oliver Peyton, Amanda brings unique experience to the SPHG team.
Jamie moved to Australia over 5 years ago, and has been in the company for over 4 years. He started out as a waiter and has worked in every venue, and is now in charge of the newest member of the SPHG trilogy!
Andy started his hospitality career at a young age as part of the openings team at Melbourne’s Crown Casino before an extended ‘working holiday ‘ of nearly ten years in the UK; 5 years in London at celebrated hospitality venues and then the North of England. Since his return to Melbourne he has worked for some of Melbourne’s biggest names; the late Vernon Chalker, Teague Ezard and most recently as the Hospitality Manager for Starward Whisky. He brings experience and an incredible passion for hospitality to our new Melbourne opening.
Ankit has worked within the Melbourne culinary scene for more than 12 years. His career started out as kitchen support in large venues such as Etihad Stadium, where he worked hard to learn the fundamentals of how to operate a kitchen. Working across the city, Ankit gradually moved up the kitchen ranks to become the head chef at Collins Quarter. Ankit, a keen bonsai grower and avid whiskey collector takes great pride in sourcing ethically and locally, something of which can be seen when dining at Indu & Mejico, Melbourne.
Tom came to Australia in 2016 and started at Mejico as a waiter the day he landed. He has worked his way around all our venues in different roles before recently moving to Melbourne to join the venue team there. He loves being able to give every guest the best experience possible and helping them celebrate their special occasions - favourite dish is our take on the traditional egg hopper!
Kiel has a colourful career that spans across the events, hospitality, visual, and performing arts sectors. Gallery owner/ curator, costume technician, fashion runway director, function coordinator, and wedding planner are just a few hats he wears. Kiel will be presenting some of the most exciting and electric events at Méjico Melbourne, as the saying goes “watch this space..”
Mejico Tequila Bar and Restaurant has numerous separate areas which offer a variety of options for functions and bespoke events. From our all-weather courtyard, to our first floor Tequila Bar, spaces can be booked for private functions catering for 30to 150 guests.
